+ Vacuum Generator VH and VS can be directly mounted on solenoid valve and main-block.
+ It is an essential item to convey materials.
The Vacuum Generator, creating vacuum by use of compressed air, can be used in combination with a Vacuum Pad to convey materials.
+ S3 specification models made with "No Copper Alloy" and for "Low-level Ozone Resistance" are available. Tube exhaust model which disposes waste air outside corresponding to applications in clean environment has S3 specification. (No Copper Alloy and HNBR is used for rubber material.)
